It is more important that you follow a healthy diet that contains all of your daily nutrients in combination with a basic exercise regimen. The health of our eyes and well being determines your happiness and the happiness of those around you. For all of us, it is difficult to be on a diet on a daily basis and that is why I came up with a basic easy to follow recommendation for all my clients. If you follow these simple 11 steps, it will change your life for the better.
- For breakfast consider oatmeal with bananas and blueberries
- Consider eating white meat or fish (wild salmon or sardines), Wild Salmon has the equivalent to Omega-3 fatty acids which is good for your brain and heart, If you do not like fish, consider our fabulous Omega-3 DHA
- Include green leafy veggies such as spinach with all your meals
- Avoid baked-processed foods at all times
- Avoid red meat but if you must have it, limit it to twice a week
- For your snacks, 9 almonds a day
- Follow a simple exercise regimen – it does not have to be strenuous, a 30-minute walk every is sufficient
- Dark chocolate is everyone’s favorite antioxidant
- A glass of wine every night
- UV light protection and sunblock
- Avoid smoking
- Take probiotics daily
